These terms cover the Tethered Rifts mobile games and this website, published by Tethered Rifts Studio, LLC ("Tethered Rifts"). Our Steam games have their own terms at riftcrashers.com/terms.

The games

• Each game is free to download and play. Some show ads, and a single purchase removes them across every Tethered Rifts game on your account.
• Rift Gems are earned by playing. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not sold.
• Progress and purchases are tied to the account you sign in with, not to a device.

Fair use

• Do not modify the games, automate play, or attempt to grant yourself currency or entitlements.
• We may suspend an account that does.

Our social media channels

The videos, images and posts we publish to our social media accounts are ours. The tool we use to publish them is for our own studio's use and is not offered to the public. Our use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

No warranty

This website and these games are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Changes

We will post any change to these terms on this page before it takes effect.
